The Video Doorbell Dual (Battery) measures L6.5 x W2.1 x D1.1 inches (L16.5 x W5.3 x D2.8 cm). It works with traditional chimes but is not compatible with digital chimes. The battery doorbell cannot be used as a wired doorbell, but a wired version (Video Doorbell Dual) is available.

The key difference between dual motion detection and single-motion detection is the use of both heat and sound wave sensors. This combination reduces false alarms by 95% compared to doorbells with only one sensor.

The battery doorbell can be installed as a wired doorbell to work with your existing chime and improve battery life. Alternatively, you can purchase the wired version (available only in North America).

The Video Doorbell Dual supports sharing with family members, and you can adjust permission settings as the owner. It is compatible with Amazon Alexa and the Google Assistant, but does not currently support Apple HomeKit.

Users can use an Alexa Echo as a chime by enabling the eufy Security skill, linking their account, and discovering the Video Doorbell Dual. Google Home Mini is not supported.

The Video Doorbell Dual can be linked to two eufy Security Chimes, but it is recommended to link it to the HomeBase 2 instead.

The Video Doorbell S220 2K (Battery-Powered) can be hardwired to your existing doorbell wires for continuous charging, as long as the voltage is 8-24VAC, 10VA or above. It can also be charged with a 5V/2A or 5V/1A USB charger.
