The Hiseeu 3MP PTZ Wireless System allows you to pan, tilt, and control the camera on the NVR and your mobile phone, with no blind spots. The WiFi camera tracks objects as they move and records 30 seconds of video. The wireless PTZ camera has a built-in floodlight, providing clearer and brighter images at night.

The PTZ security camera has a built-in microphone and speaker, allowing you to communicate with your family or pet anytime, anywhere. If a stranger enters the monitoring area, you can also warn them through the mobile app to protect your property and personal safety.

24/7 Record and Multiple Storage Methods The PTZ security camera system has a built-in 1TB hard drive, defaulting to 24/7 recording. You can also select event-based recording to save storage space. Except for the built-in hard drive, the NVR also supports SD card storage (up to 256GB), and you can back up recordings through the SD card. Cloud storage is available, but this is not a free service.

WiFi Connection and Remote Viewing The mini NVR supports both wired and wireless (2.4GHz only) connections. It's a plug-and-play setup - as long as the NVR is connected to WiFi, there is a signal, and you don't need to connect each camera separately. You can remotely view the cameras on multiple devices, even when you're not at home, through the mobile app.

IP66 Waterproof and Shared Devices Whether in stormy weather or low-temperature environments, the camera can work normally and is durable. The PTZ cameras can only be bound to one application account, but you can share the device with your family or friends.

10-Channel System and Wireless Connectivity The new NVR supports adding 10 cameras, and you can add another 6 cameras, but you cannot add wired cameras. The wireless connection is between the camera and the NVR box, and the NVR and camera access the internet without an Ethernet cable.

Troubleshooting and Support If your 2.4GHz camera is not connecting to WiFi, reset the camera and connect it to your router via a network cable, then switch to wireless connection. Refer to the user manual for guidance. The camera is not compatible with Blue Iris, but there is a video available to help you set it up with Alexa.
